Strategic Management Groups

These groups are designed for business owners and professionals who know where they want to go and are looking for a group of like-minded individuals to discuss ideas and provide accountability in a structured, confidential and non-compete environment. Similar to a mastermind group, these exclusive groups consist of 5 to 7 members who are at a similar point in the evolution of their businesses. The groups meet monthly. Each meeting is scheduled for three hours and has three agenda items: 1. Each member provides a status update and plans for focus during the next month; 2. A facilitated discussion of one topic of interest determined by the group such as marketing, sales, hiring or managing people; 3. A sharing period when each member asks for help with a single issue such as dealing with a difficult customer, creating a compelling proposal or making a strategic hire. Each member receives a 30 minute individual follow-up coaching call to focus on implementation strategies. The monthly cost of the program is $350 paid quarterly in advance.
