The Sales Mastery® Program

Designed for sales teams of 2 to 25 and independent sales professionals, this program will produce positive change and better bottom line results. We assume participants know how to sell. This is not training, this is sales coaching for professionals.  

This program, over the course of a year, will help participants to perform at a much higher level, set their own goals and hold themselves accountable. Imagine a mastermind group devoted to improving sales results. It will lead to better customer communication and satisfaction, shorter sales cycles, higher sales volume and more repeat business - guaranteed!

Individual Coaching, In Person Or By Phone

For people with an immediate need or goals that aren't being realized, individual coaching is a more flexible approach. Together we determine how often to meet and what to work on.  We can meet face to face if you are in Lake County, Illinois (North of Chicago) or talk by phone.

Some clients want to talk at least once a week to focus on current issues and be held accountable for results. A 30 minute time slot is set aside on the same day each week for these phone-in sessions. We'll talk about what you've accomplished in the past week, examine the current challenges and develop strategies that will help you to make significant progress toward your goals. People who travel frequently, are located at a distance, or have schedules that are difficult to predict have found this approach to be effective.

For those in the corporate world we also offer shadow coaching. As the name implies, we're at your side to offer instant situational feedback and mentoring in realtime, enhancing your awareness and elevating your performance.
